Stamp Night at my Clubhouse!

Once a month, my upline, Beckie, and I host a stamp night at the clubhouse in my neighborhood. We usually have 5 or 6 different cards to make, plus a 12x12 scrapbook layout to do also. Beckie is going to be moving in a few months to Arizona, so it's still up the air whether I will continue the stamp night on my own or not. I don't know if I can do this by myself! So, we will see!!

These are 3 of the cards our customers can make tonight.
Have a good evening and thanks for stopping by!

Thoughts and Prayers

I love the new stamp set "Thoughts and Prayers". The only thing that is wrong with it is that is double mounted. I think enough have people complained to Stampin Up about double mounting stamps, so they said they wouldn't do that anymore except on alpha sets.
Anyway, I made a card today using this set and I really like the way it turned out. I love Perfect Plum and So Saffron together. So pretty!

Teacher Appreciation Gift

This week is teacher appreciation week, so I decided to make a wall hanging for Sara's kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Sparkman. She is such an awesome teacher!! The size is 9 3/8 x 9 3/8. I used the paper & ribbon from Sale-a-Bration. It's not too fancy, but I only decided this afternoon to make it so I haven't had a lot of time to think about it. I think Mrs. Sparkman will like it.

Granpa's Birthday

My Father-in-law's birthday is on Saturday, so I made a card for the girls to send to him. I decided to use my All In The Family set. I just love these cute little stick figures!! It took me about 30 minutes to stamp the people on there, but I used my Stamp-a-majig on everything so I could get it all perfect. I love the Stamp-a-majig!! It makes for perfect placement everytime!!
Sara and Katy just had to help make the card, so I let them color the dresses. I'm too much of a perfectionist to let them do anything else!

Thanks for stopping by!

Disney Cruise!

We arrived home today from our 7 night Disney cruise. It was wonderful! We went with Brian's friend Pam, her mom and a friend and Pam's 2 boys. The kids had the most fun swimming in the Mickey shaped pool and slide. The photo above is from Pirate night. We had an inside stateroom until the 2nd night when our bathroom flooded and they moved us to a bigger room with a verandah! The guest service lady even sent Sara and Katy these big Mickey pillows. I took a ton of photos, but I'll just post a few for now. I've got lots of laundry to do and I'm TIRED!!

Thanks for stopping by!!
